No tax increase or bonds

A few weeks ago the Town of Cary staff and elected officials, completed their weekend getaway in Wilmington by floating a trial balloon suggesting it would be necessary to increase taxes and to have a multi-million dollar bond issue to carry on plans for the 2012-13 fiscal year.
