George M. Peakovic, died unexpectedly Oct. 8, 2009. Peakovic was born in Lakewood, Ohio on Dec. 11, 1938 and lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Crofton, Md. and for the past six years lived in Morrisville.

Survivors include his beloved wife of over 50 years, Kathryn A. (Dryer) and cherished daughter Lisa Mary Monahan (Kevin) of Mechanicsville, MD; brother of Rosemary Metro of Rocky River, OH and the following deceased: Ruth Moran, Donald McGinty, Edward Peakovic; and uncle of 19 nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for George will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 810 High House Road, Cary, NC. Family will receive friends and family at 10 a.m. at the church prior to services.
