Norman D. “Doc” Adams, 88, died peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 23. He was born on June 23, 1921 in Baltimore, MD, son of Clark and Gladys Adams. He graduated from Forest Park High School in Baltimore, MD and Wake Forest University. He attended officer training at Notre Dame University and served in the Navy during WWII in North Africa, Italy and France. He retired after a long career from Cloverland Dairy in Baltimore and was a member of VFW Post 7472 in Ellicott City, MD. He is survived by his wife Myrle, daughter Carol Adams; grandchild Kimberly Small, grandchild Clayton Small and his wife Ann, great-grandchild Walker and great-grandchild Shelby and sister Virginia Rabel.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jack.A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
