In Me Fong, 82, of Apex died Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Wake Med Cary. Mrs. Fong was born in Canton, China on September 10, 1927. She is survived by her husband Man Cheung Fong of Apex, son Richard Fong and wife Karen La of Apex, grandchildren Emily, Christopher, and Jasmine Fong, sister Laila Lam of Los Angeles, brother Chi Wing Lam of Los Angeles, and nephew Gabriel Lam of Toronto. The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex. There will be a funeral service at 4 p.m. Sunday follow the visitation in the Chapel of Apex Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Raleigh Memorial Park, Raleigh.
