Though a Georgia native, Mary called Raleigh her home for the past five years. She came to the area to be near her daughter, Marsha, her husband, Pastor Stephen Davey and her beloved grand-children, Benjamin, Seth, Candace and Charity Davey.

Gladney will be laid to rest in Myrtle Hill Cemetery after a memorial service at McKibben and Sons in Hogansville, GA. The visitation will be Friday, September 11th from 7-9 pm and memorial service on Saturday, September 12th at 11 a.m.

Gladney has now heard from her Savior, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant”. She had determined to make her life a blessing in spite of her many afflictions – she succeeded! Blessed be the name of the Lord.
