Fuel was reported taken out of a company truck at Contrast Creatives, 2598 Highstone Road, between June 20 and June 26.
• A red and black 2005 Honda CVR motorcycle bearing Pennsylvania license plate NCK94 was reported stolen from Grande Valley Circle between 10:30 p.m. June 30 and 11:20 a.m. July 1.
• Someone forced open the window of a vehicle at La Quinta Inn, 100 Hospitality Court, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. June 30. A cell phone and cell-phone case were taken. There is a suspect who is known to the victim.
• Someone entered a garage on Penchant Court and took two credit cards from an unlocked vehicle between 9:30 and 10 a.m. June 24. The credit cards were used at several locations in the Triangle on June 24 and June 25 to make charges totalling more than $3,400.
• Someone entered four unlocked vehicles and broke the driver’s-window of a vehicle of another at Colt-Land Towing, 8045 Chapel Hill Road, between 8 p.m. June 29 and 9 a.m. June 30. A stereo CD player, camera, two CD stereo remotes and 30 rounds of .45-caliber ammunition were taken. Someone also forced open a garage door and a desk and tool cabinet were disturbed. It did not appear anything was taken from the building.
• A Cary man reported that someone used his identity in 2004 for employment and did not pay taxes in the amount of $4,663.
• A Tallahassee, Fla., woman reported that several items of jewelry were missing from her suitcase at the Umstead Hotel and Spa, 100 Woodland Pond Drive, when she returned to her room about 11 p.m.m June 29. The jewelry was valued at $3,050. The woman reported the theft July 2.
• A Cary man reported that his blue and white 1999 Suzuki motorcycle bearing North Carolina license plate 3M1352 was taken from Hyde Park Court between 1 and 7 a.m. July 2.
• A pocketbook, driver’s license, credit card and $300 cash were taken from an unlocked car on Maple Avenue between 8 p.m. July 1 and 8 a.m. July 2.
A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Polk Street between 10 p.m. July 1 and 8:30 a.m. July 2. The wallet was recovered on Polk Street later on July 2.
• Two credit cards and and a 10-inch television-DVD player were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Ross Street between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. July 2.
• The driver’s-side window of a vehicle at Summit Covenant Church, 590 Westhigh St., appeared to have broken with a pry tool just after midnight July 2. It did not appear any property was missing.
• Someone cut the lock on a storage trailer at a construction site on Piershill Lane between 5 p.m. July 1 and 7 a.m. July 2. Dozens of power and hand tools valued at $3,475 were taken.
• A silver 1995 Volkswagen Jetta was reported stolen from York St. about 7:51 a.m. July 2. The vehicle was recovered on Battle Ridge Road in Raleigh by the N.C. State Highway Patrol in the early morning hours of July 3.
• A Cary man has been charged with felony possession of stolen property. In early June, a skateboard was taken from Project 58 in North Raleigh. The skateboard was observed at Sk8-Cary skate park on June 15. Maurice Albert Henderson, 18, of 209 Candia Lane, turned himself in to the Wake County Magistrate’s Office in Raleigh on July 2.
• Cary police have recently charged the following people with driving while impaired: Cameron Andrew Phillips, 20, of 5915 Westcreek Place, charged about 11:40 p.m. June 28 at 1700 Walnut St.; Christopher Hugo Savino, 22, of 202 Littleford Lane, charged about 6:07 a.m. June 27 at 98 Cornerstone Drive.
