Someone pried open a lock and busted in a rear door on Northwoods Drive between 11 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. June 3. Three money jars and about $324 were taken.

• Someone apparently pried a living room sliding glass door on Waterford Forest Circle between 5 and 8:34 a.m. June 3. Two computers, an iPod and $30 in cash and coins were taken. It also appeared that carpet had been burned.

• A CD player and $500 cash were taken from an unlocked vehicle at Fresh Market, 3655 S.W. Cary Parkway, between 11 p.m. June 5 and 4:28 a.m. June 6.

• A purse, wallet, two debit cards and $80 cash were taken from an unlocked vehicle at Spanish For Fun, 800 Weston Parkway, between 10:10 and 10:15 a.m. June 6.

• A pink sapphire ring, 3/4-carat diamond ring, aquamarine ring and diamond pendant were reported stolen from a home on Anderson Court between 2 p.m. May 30 and 9 p.m. June 2. There is a suspect.

• A Cary man balancing the books of his business on June 3 saw a charge for $844.58 to Lowe’s Home Improvement, 2000 Walnut St., on March 15 that he did not authorize.

• An Xbox, nine Xbox games, 22 DVD movies, 36 pairs of blue jeans, 25 pairs of socks, an iPod Nano movie and 100 shirts were reported taken from a residence on Waterford Forest Circle. There was no indication of forced entry.

• Someone broke the side sliding glass door of Advance Cleaners, 1226 N.W. Maynard Road, between 3 and 4:35 p.m. June 5. The cash register was picked up and thrown on the floor and $278.31 was taken.

• Sixteen spools of wire and a cart were reported taken from a construction site on Regency Parkway between 8:30 p.m. June 5 and 7 a.m. June 6.

• A purse and $100 cash were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Norham Drive between 5 a.m. June 5 and 9:40 a.m. June 6. Credit cards that had been in the purse were later used twice at a service station in Apex.

• Ten checks of MRPP, 201 W. Chatham St., were duplicated and used in locations in Cary and Raleigh between May 12 and June 6 for a total of $8,346.

• A woman on Repton Lane reported that she last saw her diamond ring about 10 p.m. June 2. The next day her carpets were cleaned. When she looked for her ring at 2:30 p.m. June 3 it was gone.

• Someone entered Little Caesar’s, 203 E. Chatham St., between 1:30 p.m. June 3 and 1:30 p.m. June 4 and vandalized meat and pizza toppings. It is unclear how the back door was opened. There is a suspect.

• Someone kicked in a rear garage door and then an entry door between a garage and house on Ashley Drive between midnight and 4:50 p.m. June 4. A keyboard, $15 in quarters and $5 cash were taken.

• Black Box of Long Island, 1917 Evans Road, reported that a suspect made several high-dollar Internet purchases from their New York and Nebraska locations using stolen credit cards. The IP address of the purchaser is apparently located in Nigeria.
