• Someone entered a business at 1315 East Williams St. between 5 p.m. April 23 and 8:11 a.m. April 27. An acetylene welding tank, an oxygen welding tank, 25 sprinkler heads, 200 sammy screws and 250 feet of 3/8 inch threaded rod were taken.

• Someone entered a vehicle by breaking the passenger window on Laura Duncan Road between 2:25 p.m. and 3:25 p.m. April 28. A power inverter, two 160 GB hard drives, six credit cards, two cell phones, a Dell laptop computer and personal paperwork were taken.

• Someone entered a residence on Harbor Haven Drive between 1 and 7 p.m. April 29. An Apple laptop computer and a Gemeinhardt piccolo were taken.

Fuquay-Varina
• Someone used a Willow Springs resident’s credit card at the Handee Hugo convenience store at 1385 North Main St. between 2:16 p.m. April 18 and 10:23 p.m. April 20.

• Someone took an unsecured Caterpillar backhoe valued at $65,000 from the South Lake subdivision construction site between noon April 20 and 8:51 a.m. April 21.

• Fuquay-Varina Police charged Samuel Sonnier Delaria, 19, of 5509 Linkside Court, with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, stealing criminal evidence and financial transaction record theft at the Food Lion at 3417 N. Main St. The victim exited the Food Lion to find the suspect in her car and pushed the panic button. He is suspected of trying to take the victim’s credit cards.

• Someone broke into a locked apartment on South Main Street between 2 and 4 p.m. April 25. A purse, wallet, $900 cash, a North Carolina identification card, a food stamp debit card and a debit card were taken.

• Someone broke into the rear entrance of a residence on East Stone Mason Drive between 10:30 a.m. April 24 and 8:39 p.m. April 26. Jewelry valued at $600, a DVD player and two televisions were taken.

Holly Springs
• Someone fraudulently obtained a prescription at the Wal-Mart pharmacy at 7016 GB Alford Highway at about 12:41 p.m. April 22.

• Someone took over the counter medication from the CVS Pharmacy at 151 Village Walk Drive between 9:55 p.m. April 23 and 11:55 a.m. April 24.

• Someone entered an unlocked vehicle on Skygrove Drive between 5 p.m. April 26 and 10:46 a.m. April 27. A Magellan GPS unit and a Sirius satellite radio were taken.

• Holly Springs police have charged Danrell Labake Clark, 27, of 229 Blair Drive, Angier, with felony speeding to elude, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, running a red light two times, failure to move over for an emergency vehicle and failure to maintain lane at about 11:48 p.m. April 28. The suspect refused to stop for a police officer and led police on a chase until lost control of the vehicle. He attempted to flee on foot but police apprehended the suspect.
