CARY, NC — The Cary Police Department is investigating the untimely death of a 4-month-old female infant at 101 Duden Ct. Police were called to the home at 2:47 p.m. Thursday after the infant’s father discovered she was unresponsive. The baby was transported to Rex Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

“We’re treating this with all the precaution necessary to make sure we properly investigate this untimely death,” said Captain Mike Williams. “Our hearts and prayers are with the family at this sad time.”
