BROKERAGE HIRES SALES ASSOCIATES

Josh Swindell, managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, hpw.com, Kildaire office, has announced that John Coleman and Victoria Didawick have joined the firm as new sales associates.

Coleman most recently worked as quality assurance manager in the public safety software development industry.

Coleman is a graduate of UNC-Wilmington and is an active member of National Association of Realtors, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors.

He resides in Clayton.

Didawick most recently worked as a customer service manager in the new home construction industry.

Didawick is a graduate of Mount Olive College.

She resides in Apex.

IRS TO HOLD WEB SEMINAR

The Internal Revenue Service is sponsoring a free webinar on the benefits of e-filing for tax professionals in North Carolina.

The webinar will be held on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. Certificates of attendance will be provided to webinar participants in order for them to obtain continuing education (CPE) credits.

The program will feature a panel of tax practitioners who currently participate in the IRS e-file program. Register at cs.sbtv.com/IrsWebinarReg.

JENNIFER MCFADYEN JOINS ROYAL OAKS

Jennifer McFadyen joined Royal Oaks Building Group as a marketing coordinator.

She will be responsible for creating corporate and community marketing efforts through print, Web and social media, and will work to develop grassroots campaigns targeted toward specific neighborhoods and coordinate all agent marketing materials.

McFadyen previously served as a marketing and public relations account manager at The King Partnership in Raleigh.
