The Halle Cultural Arts Center is having a call for entries for the juried exhibition and sale “Land of the Free, Home of the Brave: America.” The accepted works will hang in the Cultural Arts Center July 3-20. The juror for this exhibition is Dan Nelson, a popular festival artist renowned as the World’s Largest Plein Aire Painter.

There will be a reception at the arts center 7:30-9 p.m. on July 3 with live music and refreshments. Monetary prizes for first, second and third place will be awarded.

Works can be of any 2D or 3D medium, and artists may enter up to two pieces. Entry fee is $5 per piece. Artists may deliver entry forms and works to the Halle Cultural Arts Center on Friday, June 26, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., or Saturday June 27, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
