Morrisville seeks board, committee members

— The town is looking for residents to serve on three local boards – Morrisville’s Planning and Zoning Board, the Board of Adjustment and the Citizen Budget Performance Assessment Panel.

Morrisville also has vacant seats on the community appearance, public safety advisory, and environmental and recycling committees.

The town will host an open house at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Town Hall, 100 Town Hall Drive. Residents can talk to town staff and current committee members to learn more about the roles.

Morrisville residents have until July 18 to apply to serve on the boards. Town leaders could appoint board members at the end of August.
