Apex police charge teens with breaking into garages, stealing alcohol

November 27, 2013

— Police charged three teens with breaking into the garages of homes and stealing alcohol.

The owners of a home on Coppercoin Court told Apex police on Nov. 23 they saw two males enter their garage and take alcohol from their refrigerator, according to Capt. Ann Stephens.

The case led to charges in two other cases from October in which alcohol was stolen from garages, Stephens said.

Police charged Owen Philip Waldron, 16, and Noah Paul Denham, 16, with three counts of felony breaking and entering and two counts of larceny after breaking and entering. Pablo Eduardo Canedo, 16, was charged with two counts of conspiring to break and enter a building with the intention to commit a felony.
