Thanksgiving worship and meal

Advent study

Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church will host a study of “The Journey: Walking the Road to Bethlehem” by Adam Hamilton 11 a.m.-noon or 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Dec. 4, 11 and 18, in the church’s Session Room, 200 High Meadow Drive, Cary. Evening sessions include a separate class for kids, and child care is available for both sessions with registration.

The Brown Bag Ministry, which feeds more than 1,400 people a week, is looking for middle- and high school-age volunteers.
