Two Men and a Truck, a moving company, has opened in Holly Springs at 171 Tradition Trail, Suite 102.

Dr. Kelly Viau, a dentist, has opened a new practice at 103 N. Salem St., Apex.

Chatham Hill Winery of Cary will host classes, wine tastings and tours this fall. For details, go to www.chathamhillwine.com.

Whisk, a new kitchen store in Cary, will celebrate its grand opening with cooking classes, giveaways, product demonstrations and samplings from Friday, Nov. 1, to Sunday, Nov. 3, at 316 Colonades Way, Suite 214.

Dave & Buster’s will open in Cary Towne Center on Wednesday, Nov. 6. The location is hiring for 200 positions.

The Cary Chamber of Commerce will host Cary Rise and Shine with Ted Abernathy of the Southern Growth Policies Board from 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, in the dining room of Prestonwood Country Club, 300 Prestonwood Parkway. Abernathy will give an update on Cary’s growth, economy and future.

The Cary Chamber of Commerce’s Business EXPO will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the Prestonwood Country Club’s Grand Ballroom, 300 Prestonwood Parkway. Admission is free and open to the public.

The North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Examiners has approved local certified public accountants. From Apex, they are Caroline Andrews, Marisa Evans, Charlotte Keppler and Joel White. From Cary: Hannah Armsby, Matthew Boyer, Andrea Bradley, Rachael Constable, Raymond Coppedge IV, Rashad Ibrahim, Benjamin McCorkle, Edgar Moreno, Steven Nashland, James Nichols, Jaymee Patel, Patrick Reintgen, Josh Strehle, Adam Taylor, Kevin Thornewell and Kimberly Young.

SearStone, a retirement community in Cary, has hired Dr. Wells Edmundson as medical director and Crystal Hays as director of nursing.

Joy Hogan Rozman became the chief executive officer of The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence in Cary.

Josh Lipstone of Lipstone Insurance in Cary was named one of the 2013 IIANC Young Agents of the Year.

Todd Richter, executive pastry chef of Prestonwood Country Club, was chosen as the Pastry Chef of the Year by the N.C. Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
