Majorie C. Malley: A matter of class

A matter of class

Concerning the issue of affordable housing in Cary, Town Councilman Don Frantz was quoted as saying, “Cary is an upper-middle-class community, and I think people like it that way.” (Article, Sept. 8 in The Cary News).

People who work in Cary should be able to live in Cary. Whether or not Cary is an upper-middle-class community, Mr. Frantz’s comment lacks class.
