The Triangle Aquatic Center is partnering with Fit & Able Productions and the town of Cary to provide free aquatics programs for Cary residents from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 275 Convention Drive, Cary. Programs include water safety, Aqua Fit classes and free family swim.
Discussion series for seniors
