Starfish Support Group

The Starfish Group, a support group for anyone who has been sexually abused or knows anyone who has been sexually abused, meets every third Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center at Gateway Church, 201 Meadow Drive, Fuquay-Varina. Abiding Presence to offer “Financial Peace University” program

Abiding Presence Lutheran Church will begin its nine-week program titled “Financial Peace University,” which is a money makeover program taught by author and financial counselor Dave Ramsey, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at 7300 Sunset Lake Road, Fuquay-Varina. Rohr Jewish Learning Institute Classes

The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute will present “Living with Integrity: Navigating Everyday Ethical Dilemmas,” the institute’s new six-session winter course that will begin the last week of January. Rabbi Yisroel Cotlar of Chabad of Cary will conduct the six-course sessions at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce. Marriage Seminar

Resurrection Lutheran Church and School will hold a marriage seminar at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 and at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 at 100 Lochmere Drive, Cary. Trained moderators will lead a video conference titled Mark Gungor’s “Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage.” Cost is $18 per person or $35 per couple.
