Christmas Pageant

Children ages 3 through fifth-grade can rehearse for the church’s Christmas pageant every Wednesday from 6:45 to 7:30 p.m. at White Plains United Methodist Church, 313 S.E. Maynard Road, Cary. The Christmas pageant will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 12. For information, email children@wpumc.org.

Concert

The Harmony Male Chorus of Holland Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church will celebrate their 69th anniversary at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, at 360 Burgess Road, Apex. Many groups will be on program.

Craft Night

Seminar

Good Hope Baptist Church will hold a parenting seminar from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at 6628 Good Hope Church Road, Cary. The seminar is titled, “Missional Families: How to Raise Children and Actually Love it” and will be led by Alvin Reid, professor of youth and evangelism at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest.
