Two face drug charges after arrest in Cary

CARY Police charged two men with drug possession early Saturday, and one of them also faces counts of keeping a house from which to sell drugs and selling marijuana.

Soheil Antonio Mojarrad, 23, of 715 Newport Circle and Seth Patrick Coleman, 20, of 308 Bayoak Drive, both in Cary, were arrested about 12:30 a.m. at Mojarrad’s home, according to arrests reports.

Police charged Coleman with possession of 0.5 grams of heroin, 61.7 grams of marijuana and 19 pills of Klonopin, a prescription drug used to prevent seizures and treat panic attacks.

Mojarrad faces charges of possessing 16 grams of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for sale of drugs and selling marijuana to a police informant.

Coleman’s bond was set at $25,000 and Mojarrad’s at $15,000.
