Marilyn Pierson Cluff, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 82 on June 3, 2012 after bravely battling alzheimer's and an unsuccessful hip surgery. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and has been a native of North Carolina for over 40 years. She is survived by her granddaughters, Heather Blanchard and Reagan Whitfield, her brother William Pierson, his son Billy Pierson, daughter-in-law Dia Cluff, and four great grandchildren. She was a devoted mother to the late Curtis Paul Cluff and wife to the late George Cluff. Marilyn worked until the ripe age of 76 at Terry's Floor Fashions in Cary, NC, and embraced life with a positive attitude, grace and lots of energy! She loved shopping, dancing, cats and her family, and her beautiful spirit will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Online condolences at
