Bug Crawl

A bug crawl will be from 11 a.m. to noon at Crowder District Park, 4709 Ten-Ten Road, Apex. Participants will discover a variety of bugs and other insects, their habitats and their places in the ecosystem while hiking around the park. Fees are $5 per family. Meet at the Heron Shelter. Mom and Me Pilates

Apex Latino Arts Festival

The third annual Apex Latino Arts Festival will be from 6 to 9 p.m. in downtown Apex. The culinary fest will give visitors the opportunity to taste authentic Latin American food from more than 10 different countries. For details, visit www.apexlatinfest.com.

Concert Event

Taste of Holly Springs

The third annual Taste of Holly Springs will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Holly Springs Farmers Market, 128 S. Main St. There will be samples from restaurants and music by Donnie Howard and special guests.

Apex Latino Festival

The third annual Apex Latino Arts Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown Apex. There will be folk dance groups, an arts and craft bazaar, pinatas and more activities. For details, visit www.apexlatinfest.com.
