Walk For Lupus Now

The St. Paul’s Center for Hope and Healing will hold a session called “Financial Actions You Take After the Great Recession” from 7 to 8:15 p.m. at 221 Union St., Cary. George Thanhauser Bike for Hope

The 8th annual George Thanhauser Bike for Hope 50-mile will begin at 8 a.m. at Trek Bicycles, 10911 Raven Ridge Road, Raleigh. Registration opens at 7 a.m. The 32-mile ride begins at 9 a.m. with registration at 8 a.m. and the 15-mile ride begins at 10 a.m. with registration at 9 a.m. Cost is $35 per biker in advance and $45 day of the event. The Stone in the Road
