Mrs. Evelyn Champagne Lewis, 72, died Sunday at the Oaks of Mayview HCC. Mrs. Lewis was born in Big Lake, LA and is the daughter of the late Antoine Paul Champagne and Adeline Herbert Champagne.

She is survived by her son, William Lewis Champagne; brother, Paul Gable Champagne; and sister, Brenda Champagne.

Private services will be held at a later date.
