As a citizen of Cary (who has not yet been stopped for speeding), I would feel much better if our police would keep the commuters between 7 and 9 a.m. and 5 and 6 p.m. on Cary Parkway below 60 mph rather than have them waiting at the bottom of a hill on Maynard (Road) between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Of the two, I know which one is more dangerous. Of course, we wouldn't want to impede rush hour when it is so much easier to snag them midday when there is minimal traffic.
