I think a neon sign (in downtown Cary) would be a great idea.

I was a sign electrician in New York's Times Square for 32 years. Neon signs are beautiful, and they make neighborhoods shine, but you do not want to overdo it.

I miss neon and I am glad you want to bring it back.
