The Apex Sunrise Rotary Club will hold a Certified Barbecue Judge class conducted by a representative of the Kansas City Barbecue Society at 10 a.m. Feb. 18 at the C.C. Jones Building, 309 Holleman St., Apex. The cost is $100 for non-KCBS members and includes a one-year membership in the KCBS. The cost for current KCBS members is $65.
