After installing our water meter wireless system, Aquastar left a door hanger which stated: "It will help keep Town workers safe by reducing job-related injuries like shoulder, ankle, wrist and back injuries as well as spider bites and bee stings while saving ratepayers over 2 million dollars during the 17 year project life.

"Aquastar will enable us to do everything we can do today, just more efficiently and effectively by relying on advanced technology instead of additional employees."

Aquastar (and the Town of Cary) should 'fess up that injuries will be prevented and money saved by eliminating the next 17 years of existing meter-reader positions.

Hardly a sterling example of town allegiance to their employees in today's depressed job market.
