Thank you very much for the (Nov. 2) article "Attempted board changes roils HOA." If the old leadership of the Kildaire Farms II HOA board really wanted more "open government," they certainly didn't show it when announcing the meeting. Your article was the first I heard of any proposed changes to the board and by-laws. All I received was the normal, nondescript postcard notice of the meeting.

I am one of those residents who normally don't attend HOA meetings because they generally are cat fights. I know I should. And I may in the future.
