Cary Two Cary men face felony charges related to the distribution of child pornography. Jean-paul Berard, 41, was arrested Oct. 12 while Kyle Inch, 26, was arrested Oct. 10. Berard, of 1713 Bulon Drive, and Inch, of 1314 Brook Arbor Drive, were charged in connection with a Cary Police Department investigation of the downloading and redistribution of child pornography through Internet-based networks, according to police reports.
The Cary YMCA was the victim of an attempted motor vehicle theft Oct. 12. The organization reported that a multi-passenger van was forcibly entered and its steering column damaged.
Forcible-entry burglaries were reported at the following locations between Oct. 10 and Oct. 16: the 200 block of King George Loop; the 1200 block of Patrick Circle; the 100 block of Kempwood Drive; the 100 block of Jerry Drive; the 100 block of Carmichael Court;
Unforced-entry burglaries were reported at the following locations between Oct. 10 and Oct. 16: the 1200 block of Buck Jones Road; the 22200 block of Doctrine Way; the 300 block of Carpenter Town Lane.
Apex Two iPhones were reported stolen from a business on the 700 block of W. Williams Street Sept. 19.
