Alzheimers NC, Inc. will hold its 19th annual Triangle Alzheimer's Walk at 10 a.m. Saturday at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Thousands of Triangle residents will gather at the Triangle Alzheimer's Walk to support families dealing with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The walk will raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's NC, Inc. in their fight against the disease.

All funds raised will stay in North Carolina to help area families.

A health resources fair will be from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
