Cary

Nothing was reported stolen after an unforced entry on the 700 block of Hewespoint Court on Aug. 15.

Police responded to an attempted burglary on the 1100 block of West Chatham Street on Aug. 17. Nothing was taken..

A homeowner reported three video game systems, a box of video games, three televisions, two laptops, an iPod and a sound system stolen after a break-in Aug. 16 on the 200 block of Wrenn Drive last Tuesday.

A computer was reported stolen during an unforced-entry burglary Aug. 15 on the 300 block of Bargate Drive.

A card table, bike and pool noodle were taken during an unforced-entry burglary on the 100 block of Bell Arthur Drive the night of Aug. 3.

The First United Methodist Church of Cary reported that a safe was stolen Aug. 19. It was apparently removed through an unlocked door and contained nothing of value, reports state.

Police arrested Tameka Marquinette Wooden, 25, in the early morning hours Aug. 20 on a charge of possessing marijuana with intent to sell and distribute. Police pulled over Wooden on suspicion she had been involved in a fight at Icon Nightclub shortly beforehand. A K-9 unit discovered 61.5 grams of marijuana in the vehicle driven by Wooden, of 122 Caribou Lane in Clayton, reports state.

An unsecured vehicle was entered on Patterson Grove Road before 7:55 a.m. Aug. 16. Wine coolers were taken.

Multiple service vehicles were entered on the 2400 block of Reliance Avenue by cutting a fence to gain access before 7:55 a.m. Aug. 16.Brass and copper valued at about $1,000 was taken.

A vehicle was entered by breaking a window on the 1800 block of Lake Pine Drive before 2:03 p.m. Aug. 16. A purse and its contents were taken.

An unsecured vehicle was entered on Reunion Plaza Road before 8 a.m. July 23. A GPS unit was taken.

Fuquay-Varina

An unsecured storage building was entered on Spring Avenue between 1 a.m. and 10:56 a.m. Aug. 13. A lawnmower, charcoal grill and bicycle were taken.

A stolen computer was pawned at S&K General Merchandise at 116 W. Academy St. between 8 a.m. and 10:36 a.m. Aug. 9.

A home on Cotton Farm Drive was entered through an unsecured window between 9:30 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. Aug. 16. Two televisions, a satellite television receiver and a computer were taken.

Police charged Jacob Donald Clark, 20, of 775 Deer Tail Lane, with fleeing to elude arrest, driving with a revoked license, and careless and reckless driving at about 11:30 a.m. Aug. 21 at 1480 N. Main St. The suspect fled from police when he was approached about an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

A resident of Marleton Way reported being the victim of financial card fraud at about 6:24 p.m. Aug. 17. The victim's credit card was fraudulently used to make online purchases.

Two unsecured vehicles were entered on Vine Street between 3 p.m. Aug. 16 and 8 a.m. Aug. 18. A GPS unit and $10 were taken.

A home on Gingerlilly Court was entered by unknown meansb etween 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15 and 10 p.m. Aug. 17. A GPS unit, some blank CDs and a DVD were taken.
