Cary Cary police arrested Diana Denise Dixon, 37, on charges of resisting arrest. Dixon, of 101 Magnolia Woods Drive, refused to tell her name after an officer pulled her over Aug. 11 for an expired license plate, according to police reports. Police determined her identity by cross-checking court documents, the reports stated. Police charged Jonathan David Burkhardt, 24, and Fara Ann Munson, 24, with position of cocaine with intent to sell and distribute. The two live at 325 Forest Wind Way in Cary, reports state. Officers made the arrests Aug. 12 after a drug investigation. The department hasn't disclosed the details of the investigation, which it said netted 4.3 grams of cocaine. A 16-year-old male is accused of stealing a car, driving it with no license and carrying a concealed weapon. According to police reports, officers arrested Malec Anton Mitchell, of 618 Afton Meadow Lane in Cary, on Aug. 11 after finding him in possession of a stolen Toyota Tundra and a concealed Taser. The car had been missing for 45 minutes, according to reports. Police are searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman at Cary Brook Apartments on the 400 block of Harlon Drive. The woman went outside her apartment Aug. 9 to smoke a cigarette. When she returned, reports state, she saw a light-skinned man in his early twenties masturbating outside a sliding glass door, which he appeared to have opened.Apex An unsecured garage was entered on Cregler Drive before 5:15 p.m. Aug. 9. Beer was taken. An unsecured vehicle was entered on Haddon Hall Drive before 3:37 p.m. Aug. 12. A GPS unit was taken. A home was forcibly entered on Peace Haven Place before 5:48 p.m. Aug. 13. Three televisions and a computer were taken. Police charged Michael Brendan McAndrew, 23, with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling to store or distribute a controlled substance Aug. 14. The drugs were discovered while the suspect was being delivered a warrant for failure to appear in court. A resident of Garden Gate Place reported that $1,000 was taken from the home before 1:30 p.m. July 23. An office on Peace Haven Drive was entered by forcibly opening a door before 8:34 a.m. July 27. $60 was taken.Fuquay-Varina An unsecured vehicle was entered on Bloomsberry Ridge Drive between 12 p.m. Aug. 1 and 9 a.m. Aug. 3. An iPod was taken. A resident of Seaton Drive reported being the victim of fraud at about 12 p.m. July 27. The victim's name and social security number were used to make purchases. An unsecured storage shed was entered on Starfield Court at about 4:07 p.m. Aug. 9. Two bicycles were taken. Two unsecured vehicles were entered on Secotan Drive and Noconia Place between 9 p.m. Aug. 10 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 11.
