The 35th annual Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday in downtown Cary.
New features at Lazy Daze this year include "Find Little Jerry," a timber sculpting competition, Cary's town crier, town of Cary informational booths and Cary Visual Art's outdoor sculpture exhibition.
Kid's World, an interactive area for children, will be located at the corner of Academy and Park streets.
The Lazy Daze Invitation Awards, now named the Jerry Miller Artist Awards, to honor the Lazy Daze festival's founding father will be presented to six artists.
A variety of performers and artists will be at the festival.
The featured artist at Lazy Daze is Grace Li Wang. Wang is the gallery director for The Grace Li Wang Art Gallery in Raleigh. Her expressionistic and impressionistic works reflect her love and celebration for beauty and nature.

There will also be free parking at Cary Towne Center mall. Free shuttle buses will take festival goers to the entrance at Cary Elementary School.
