Apex Five unsecured vehicles were entered in the Reunion Park apartment complex before 8:30 a.m. July 20. A motorcycle helmet, gloves, laptop computer, iPod, two GPS units, wallet and credit cards were taken.
Police charged Andrew Louis Bass II, 30, with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver and driving with a revoked license July 23 at East Williams Street and Technology Drive. The drugs were found after a traffic stop for an equipment violation.
A business on James Street was forcibly entered by breaking a window before 8 a.m. July 25. A laptop computer was taken.
A Peace Sports 50cc scooter was taken from a home on Reunion Meadows Lane before 1:30 p.m. July 25.
Fuquay-Varina Five unsecured vehicles were in the Woodchase subdivision between 7 p.m. July 26 and 8:10 a.m. July 27. Four GPS units, two satellite radios and a cellphone were taken.
An unsecured vehicle was entered on East Cardinal Drive between 4 p.m. July 26 and 1 p.m. July 27. A purse, check for $100, GPS unit, wallet and credit card were taken.
A 17-year-old female was assaulted and robbed at a home on Youngwood Road at about 10:40 p.m. July 27. The victim was threatened, punched in the stomach and robbed of $100. The suspect was described as a 47-year-old black male.
A secured Honda four-wheeler was taken from Citgo Quick Lube at 908 Wake Chapel Road between 10 p.m. and 11:23 p.m. July 8.
An unsecured vehicle was entered in a parking lot at 3100 N. Main St. between 1 p.m. Jan. 21 and 5 p.m. June 16. A car stereo was taken.
The fuel tanks of two vehicles were cut and the gasoline was siphoned at homes on New Charleston Drive and Buck Johnson Street between 5:25 p.m. June 16 and 12:30 p.m. June 23.
A resident of Crestfield Drive reported being the victim of identity theft June 15. The victim's personal information was used to open a Dish Network account.
A lost debit card was used to make fraudulent purchases at CVS Pharmacy at 605 N. Main St. between 12 p.m. April 21 and 12 p.m. May 16.
A resident of Balfour Downs Circle reported being the victim of identity theft at about 3:11 p.m. May 17. The victim's personal information was used to open a bank account.
An attempt was made to pass a counterfeit $20 bill for items at Quality Food Mart at 1325 Broad St. at about 8 a.m. May 17.
A vehicle was forcibly entered by unknown means in the parking lot at Jenkins Ford at 3217 N. Main St. between 4 p.m. May 17 and 2:45 p.m. May 18. A stereo, blue tooth device and monitor were taken.
A pay-per-use vacuum machine was broken into by cutting the lock at a gas station at 1237 N. Main St. between 9 a.m. Feb. 8 and 12:29 p.m. May 3. $217 was taken.
Holly Springs A resident of Sunset Lake Road reported being the victim of identity theft between 5:30 p.m. July 27 and 1:30 p.m. July 28. The victim's personal information was used to obtain a credit card which was used to make purchases.
Two unsecured vehicles were entered on Arbor Crest Road between 12 p.m. July 8 and 2:15 p.m. July 12. Two GPS units were taken.
A leaf blower was taken from a business working on Sunset Lake Road between 7:40 a.m. and 7:42 a.m. June 26.
A storage area was broken into at a home on Raleigh Street between 6 p.m. May 27 and 5:03 p.m. May 30. Various hand tools were taken.
