A 67-year-old woman reported her 1997 Honda stolen from the parking lot of Cary High School during school hours Thursday.

Kenneth Ray Hewett, 57, was arrested at 291 Town Creek Drive on Sunday on charges of felony burglary.

Police arrested Ricardo Castillo Gonzales, 49, on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police reports say he wielded a long, sharp metal object in an attack on a doorman at El Piano Bar at 101C Reed St.

Unforced-entry burglaries were reported between April 24 and May 2 on the 400 block of Field Glown Lane; the 100 block of Edingurgh South Drive; and the 200 block of Stablegate Drive.

Apex

Police charged Michael Mahaffey, 34, with felony larceny on April 12. The suspect is accused of taking jewelry from the home of an acquaintance on Forthview Way before 8 p.m. April 7.

Police charged Jennifer Byrum, 25, with felony larceny at about 5:17 p.m. April 8. The suspect is accused of taking perfume and children's clothing from a business on the 1200 block of Beaver Creek Commons Drive.

Police charged Kathryn Rae Craven, 23, with felony larceny on April 11. The suspect is accused of taking jewelry from a home on Old Grove Lane before 3 p.m. April 11.

A Yamaha 80cc ATV was taken from a home on Zeno Road before 12:55 p.m. April 12.

Holly Springs

Police charged Austin George Iessi, 17, of 129 Touvelle Court, with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana at 9:37 p.m. April 22 on N. Main Street. Officers observed behavior consistent with a drug transaction, which led to the arrest. In a related case, police also charged Jackson Anthony Lane, 20, of 408 E. Earp St., with delivery of cocaine and delivery of marijuana from outstanding warrants at 11:55 p.m. April 22 on N. Main Street.
