Apex Police charged Roosevelt Wiggins, Jr., 64, of Apex, with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. The suspect was stopped for having an outstanding warrant and the drugs and paraphernalia were found during a subsequent search.
A home on Upchurch Street was the subject of an attempted breaking and entering at about 11:20 a.m. April 3. Two juveniles were arrested in relation to the incident.
A vehicle was taken from an auto service garage on East Williams Street before 8 a.m. April 4. It was recovered on April 5, having been abandoned in a parking lot.
An unsecured vehicle was entered on South Hughes Street before 5:23 p.m. March 29. A computer was taken.
Fuquay-Varina The New Golden Buffet at 11 N. Main St. was the victim of larceny between 2 p.m. March 29 and 9 a.m. March 31. Thirty-five buffet pans, a restaurant smoker and 16 chairs were taken.
The pool and playground area of the Brighton Forest subdivision was vandalized between 7 p.m. April 3 and 7:05 p.m. April 4. A window was broken and playground equipment was written on.
A home on Old Spring Hill Lane was entered through an unsecured rear door at about 5:49 p.m. April 5. $150 was taken.
An unsecured vehicle was entered on Senterwood Court between 8 p.m. March 28 and 4 p.m. March 29. A GPS unit was taken.
Churchill Glass and Mirror at 812 W. Academy St. was broken into twice, once between 5 a.m. and 10:25 p.m. March 22 and again between 10 p.m. March 23 and 12:32 a.m. March 24. Both incidents involved forcible entry by damaging a window. Nothing was reported stolen.

The Country Store at 812 W. Academy St. was broken into by cutting a hole in the roof between 9:10 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. March 26. $160 was taken.
Holly Springs A second degree sexual offense with a child was reported on Read Feather Court between 6 p.m. April 1 and 10:29 p.m. April 6. Further details are unavailable due to the nature of the offense.
A resident of the Arbor Creek neighborhood reported being the victim of fraud between 9 a.m. April 8 and 10 a.m. April 11. The victim was led to believe a relative was in trouble and was convinced to send a wire transfer of an undisclosed sum of money.
A suspect was found in possession of stolen credit cards on G.B. Alford Highway at about 11:50 p.m. Feb. 11. A warrant has been issued for the suspect.
A home on Adelaide Road was forcefully entered through a rear window between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Feb. 12. Nothing was reported stolen.
