Cary Art Loop will hold an artists reception Friday that features three distinct artists.

Linda Dallas is a Raleigh watercolor painter inspired by gardens and farmers markets who will show her "Local Produce" collection.

Sherri Leeder makes intricately beaded jewelry that is layered to show color and texture for her "Glass Gardens" show.

And Barbara Blaisdell takes black and white photographs that play with light and shadows for her "My World in Black & White" exhibit.

All three artists' work will be on display until March 21.

The free event goes from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Page-Walker Arts and History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop in Cary.

Dallas is collecting a nonperishable food donation for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina during the reception.
