Apex Middle School will dedicate its Freedom Shrine at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 17.

The dedication of the shrine, a display of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, will be held in conjunction with Constitution Day. Rep. David Price will make the Constitution Day announcement.
