The Cary Debutante Ball Society presented 25 outstanding young women of Cary at the 12th Annual Debutante Ball at the Prestonwood Country Club in January.

On Jan. 24, amid candelabras brimming with red roses, fathers and marshals in tuxedos, and debutantes in long white dresses and gloves, the Cary Debutante Ball Society presented 25 high school seniors at the group's annual event.

Families and friends gathered at the Prestonwood Country Club to celebrate these outstanding young women who succeed academically and unselfishly give their time to the community.

The 2010 Cary Debutantes are: Jessica Joy Barringer, Briana Noel Beanland, Lea Morgan Bolanz, Sydney Elizabeth Clark, Catherine DeLarn Doyle, Megan Ashley Eberle, Lillianna Gotti, Sarah Carter Higgs, Brooke Elizabeth Holt, Keela Shay Kennedy, Megan McCary Ley, Grace Anne-Eva Martini, Nashley Alise Mattocks, Lauren Elizabeth Phillips, Anna Catherine Plastina, Gianna Clair Salamido, Carlie Jane Sheffield, Whitney Catherine Stilwell, Haley Andrea Tasaico, Jaclyn Sara Udell, Ashley Logan Ward, Carrie Elizabeth Weaver, Shannon Elizabeth Wiggins, Emily Ryan Wilkes and Erin Trythall Wilson.
