Police charged a Raleigh man on Mar. 7 with attempting to flee as officers served him with outstanding warrants for his arrest. Officers said Fritz St. Louis Jr., 21, of 6311 Mirkirk Crossing in Raleigh was wanted by Raleigh police on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

An unidentified suspect attempted to commit pharmaceutical fraud on March 5 at CVS Pharmacy, 5859 Tryon Road. Police said the suspect claimed that they had received an insufficient number of pills when they had a prescription filled at the store. The case is under investigation.

On March 5, someone took personal property belonging to five lacrosse players during a game at Middle Creek High, 123 Middle Creek Park Ave. Among the items taken from the boys' locker room were a wallet and several iPods.

An Apex woman called police on March 6 to report that a man had exposed himself outside the DSW Shoe Warehouse, 427 Crossroads Blvd. The victim said she was returning to her car about 2 p.m. when she noticed a man performing a lewd act in an adjacent vehicle.

On Feb. 24, someone broke into a vehicle at Jersey Mike's Subs, 1761 W. Williams St. The suspect broke the driver's-side window between 6:30 p.m. and 7:13 p.m. A GPS unit was taken.

The door of Wang's Kitchen at 712 Laura Duncan Road was pried open between 10:30 p.m. Feb. 24 and 11 a.m. Feb. 25. $1,000 in cash and coins was taken and a cash register was damaged.

The back door of Jumbo China at 1518 Broad St. was pried open at about 2:03 a.m. Feb. 24. Nothing was taken, but there was damage to the door and bolt lock.

Someone attempted to use a counterfeit $10 bill to purchase items at the Trade Wilco at 100 Broad St. at about 10:06 a.m. Feb. 24.

A home was entered on North Street by using an unsecured front door at about 3:32 p.m. Feb. 24. Various jewelry, DVDs, a Hoover shampooer, a DVD player, PlayStation video game system and digital camera were taken.

An unsecured fuel trailer was taken from a construction site on Lockely Drive between 12 p.m. Feb. 18 and 2:19 p.m. Feb. 28.

Someone entered a home on Arbor Creek Drive by breaking through the front door between 1 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. March 1. Nothing was taken.

Police charged Jonathan Michael Lubecky, 33, of 3323 Green Valley Drive, Sanford, with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver, maintaining a motor vehicle to keep and sell a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed gun at about 9:50 p.m. March 1 at G.B. Alford Highway and Old Smithfield Road.

The drugs were discovered during a routine traffic stop.

A resident of Skygrove Drive reported being the victim of identity theft between 9 a.m. Feb. 15 and 12 p.m. Feb. 16. Online purchases were made using the victim's bank account information.

Police charged Ciarra Linda Carnes, 20, of Sadisco Road in Clayton with identity theft, larceny and resisting or obstructing a public officer at about 2:30 a.m. Feb. 20 at 721 Holly Springs Road.

The suspect is accused of using her twin sister's personal information to attempt to deceive a police officer.

A home on Sunset Pointe Drive was forcibly entered through a front window between 3 p.m. Feb. 19 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 20. Someone took a stove and a door from the home.

Someone forcibly entered a home on Sunset Lake Road through a rear window between 11:10 a.m. and 11:17 a.m. Feb. 21. The thief took $87 cash.
