Apex Apex police recently charged the following people with driving while impaired: Brady Drew Wickham, 36, of 7847 Spungold St., Raleigh, charged about 11:03 p.m. Feb. 5 at 1140 Beaver Creek Commons Drive; Jeremy Alan Dutton, 29, of 221 Spartan Lane, charged about 1:17 a.m. Feb. 12 at U.S. 1 and East Williams St.
Police charged Randall Dion Spence, 22, of 7920 Willow CroftDrive, Willow Spring, with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver at 1205 Laura Village Drive at about 11:21 p.m. Feb. 13. Eleven grams of marijuana were seized.
Someone broke into Massage Envy at 1473 Beaver Creek Commons Drive by breaking the front door between 5:30 and 5:33 a.m. Feb. 17. $196 cash was taken.
Fuquay-Varina The front door of a home on Three Meadows Road was kicked in at about 3:03 p.m. on Feb. 2. Nothing was taken.
Two laptop computers were taken from the Walmart at 1051 E. Broad St. at about 11:30 a.m. Feb. 3.
Fuquay-Varina police recently charged the following person with driving while impaired: Hajort Kaur Dubose, 37, of 726 Reunion Ridge Way, Apex, charged about 2:40 a.m. Feb. 7 at 1290 N. Main St.
A resident of Forrest Bluff Drive reported being the victim of credit card fraud at about 11 a.m. Feb. 11. Their credit card was used without permission.
Someone fraudulently used a credit card belonging to a resident of Steel Horse Drive at about 5 p.m. Feb. 11.
Counterfeit $20 bills were passed at the Kangaroo convenience store at 1701 N. Main St. at about 3:53 p.m. Feb. 14.
An unsecured vehicle was entered on Meadow Drive between 11:59 p.m. Feb. 13 and 7 a.m. Feb. 14. A GPS unit, $200 cash, a flashlight and the vehicle registration card were taken.
Holly Springs Holly Springs police recently charged the following person with driving while impaired: Alfonso Manuel Miranda, 38, of 209 Circle Ave., Sanford, charged about 3:35 a.m. Feb. 7 at Grigsby Avenue and Fair Glen Road.
Someone broke in the rear door of Chens Garden at 523 N. Main St. using a jimmy or prying device between 10:55 p.m. Feb. 11 and 8:30a.m. Feb. 12. $900 cash was taken.
